Last time Kentucky and UCLA met the Bruins came out on top despite their most notable player having a hard time getting going. Lonzo Ball was not what beat Kentucky in December, TJ Leaf tallied 17 points and 13 rebounds and was a very difficult matchup for our team at that time. Kentucky’s defense has improved quite a bit since that game and one big noticable difference is the fact that we seem to double the post a lot more now and force them to make difficult passes or shots. That could be the reason Kentucky prevails tonight. Some other things to look for are the play of our 4 position and what kind of impact Briscoe and Monk have. I feel confident that Bam will have or be close to a double-double and Fox will get his. Either way it’s going to be a great game and I can’t wait to see what Cal has in store for UCLA tonight! Keep talking Lavar!
