USC Transfer causes Kentucky Football fans to scream “Yahtzee” once again

I’ve never been really fascinated by Football simply because I couldn’t ever “fully understand” it. I’ve been engulfed with all things Basketball for most of my life and still don’t know everything about it. However, with Mark Stoops turning so many heads in Football, he’s even gotten me to take notice.

I’ve watched Yahtzee’s for months after months pour in. Commits after commits say Kentucky is the school they want to spend their time at. With each new commit I find myself getting more and more excited deep inside. Now we’re talking about transfers choosing to leave another school for Kentucky, my how times have changed. Mark Stoops has made me a believer. Today was no different. Another Yahtzee was screamed by the Big Blue Faithful, another smile by Mark Stoops and another kids life changed by the wrath of the Big Blue Nation following on twitter.

E.J. Price

A former Southern Cal commit decided to transfer and take some visits. He is originally from Georgia. He stands 6-6 and is a 315 pound tackle. 9th ranked at his position and a 4 star recruit. He had offers from LSU, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Michigan and home state school, Georgia among many others before committing to USC last season. It’s also a plus that he was an Under Armour All-American. Stoops has picked up another good one.

Today on a visit to Lex, he decided to commit to the Kentucky Wildcats, but before that, the picture above surfaced on twitter. He will have to sit out a season due to transfer rules but will be eligible in 2018. That will leave three long years to show the Wildcats what he’s made of.

Congrats Mark Stoops. I’m sure this won’t be the last Yahtzee surprise.

Welcome home, E.J. Welcome home. 🏡 The Big Blue Nation is a great place to land.
