Football: Why Alex Reigelsberger may become the most Impactful commit in Kentucky History

It’s hard to find a recruit like Alex Reigelsberger. Not only is he a great player, he has been doing his own impression of Vince Marrow. The 4 star prospect out of Huber Heights, Ohio has been committed since Febuary 25th and has continued to remain great with UK. He intends to sign with the cats during the early signing period and get to Lexington early so he can get a head start in the spring. Here are just three of many reasons why he could become the most impactful commit in Kentucky football history.

Let’s start off with the obvious, he’s a great player. He’s a ranked a 4 star by ESPN and while some platforms have him as a 3 star, I believe he goes out and has a great year and locks down that 4 star ranking. He prefers playing Jack and that’s what he wants to continue doing with the cats. Playing for an Ohio powerhouse (Wayne) also helps in his improvement as a player. I expect Alex to have a great career in Lexington which of course is the main reason he’ll be so impactful.

Is his name Alex Reigelsberger or Vince Marrow? Alex has been a huge factor in getting some guys to UK and he may be after Vince Marrow’s spot. UK definitely likes to spotlight Ohio in recruiting and Alex has made sure to let those Ohio guys know what is being built down here in Lexington. This class should become top 5 all time in school history and Alex has done his part in helping that become possible. Let’s also not forget he’s teammates with Blue Smith, UK’s top target as of now.

Finally, Alex is very passionate about Kentucky football and the BBN. When someone is as passionate about what they do as he does, you can garuntee they’re going to be special and Alex is one of those guys. Alex is always on twitter interacting with BBN. I’ve never seen such a connection between a commit and the fanbase as much as Alex and the BBN. Granted I’ve only been on twitter for 7 months but you can tell that Alex is 110% committed and BBN has helped with that. There’s no doubt in my mind Alex will never lose that connection with the fans that he has gotten.

Time will tell if what I’m saying comes true but I have all the confidence it will. Alex has already played some fans in Madden  NFL 17 (we still have to play) and he has really enjoyed the fanbase in general. If he can continue what he’s built, he will be very impactful in UK’s future success. We couldn’t have asked for such a commit! Don’t forget to follow @ukfansallday on twitter and Facebook as well as my twitter which is @BradenNeviusBBN!
