Senior Wide Receiver, Dorian Baker, suffered a fracture dislocation in his left ankle earlier in the year during the Blue and White scrimmage game. Baker did have surgery on that injured ankle and at that time everyone assumed that this would be a season ending surgery and Head Football Coach, Mark Stoops, declared that to be so today.
However, Coach Stoops was optimistic that the Senior Wide Receiver would indeed us his medical red shirt and be eligible to play again next season. Blake Bone has done an incredible job filling his shoes this season but it if this is the case it will be nice to have Dorian Baker back next year as long as the healing process goes according as planned and he stays healthy!
