Decision day has been set for another 2018 prospect atop Kentucky’s recruiting list. Shooting Guard from Oak Hill Academy High School in Virginia will choose his college destination Saturday.
The 14th overall ranked player in the Class of 2018 standing at 6’6. He will choose between Kentucky, Texas, Maryland and N.C. State. Texas had been the favorite for quite some time, then Kentucky jumped back into the mix. After offering Johnson only a few months ago, Kentucky has seemed to hold the lead.
Many experts are still making it sound like that they’d be surprised if Johnson didn’t end up in Lexington.
“But my pick is Kentucky, and I haven’t felt like I should change that,” Jerry Meyer told Herald Leader
