Much like the first half, where they led by a 43-26 halftime score, the Wildcats shot well from the field in the second half, even though they let off the gas in the 4th quarter, putting Arkansas Razorbacks away by a score of 76-65. The Wildcats ended up shooting 45.8% from the field and 45.5% from the three point line. They shot 77.3% from the free throw line. The Wildcats were led in scoring by Dorie Harrison with 16 points. KeKe McKinney led Kentucky in rebounding with 12. Taylor Murray had seven assists for the Wildcats.
The Wildcats forced Arkansas into 18 turnovers, which made scoring very difficult for the Razorbacks. Kentucky also made the most of the turnovers, scoring 38 points off turnovers. The Kentucky inside game was too much for Arkansas, as the Wildcats outscored the Razorbacks in the paint.
The Kentucky Wildcats women will be back in action on Thursday, February 1, at 7:00 p.m. against Auburn. The game will be at Memorial Coliseum and will be on the SEC Network+.
