Michigan loses to Mega Bemax, the team Kentucky crushed in the Bahamas

During Kentucky’s trip to the Bahamas a couple of weeks ago, they beat Mega Bemax with a score of 100 – 64. The Michigan Wolverines, last year’s runner-up for the NCAA national championship, just lost to the same Serbian squad 81 – 73 while in Spain.

To their credit though, Michigan did lose a lot of key players (including first round pick Moritz Wagner) but they still have ex Kentucky player Charles Matthews, Jordan Poole, and talented freshmen Iggy Brazdeikis. Michigan was actually down double digits for most of the game, but found a way to rally and cut Mega Bemax’s lead down to three in the final minutes of the game; however, Mega Bemax won it in the end.
