Devin Booker may be in Phoenix without his best friend but Tyler Ulis is looking good in the Blue and Gold. Ulis is on a Exhibit 10 contract which means it could be converted to a two-way contract by the first day of the regular season. He picked Golden State over Houston and Sacramento and is now in a great position to bring home a ring if he can crack the roster. He is behind Stephen Curry, Shaun Livingston and Quinn Cook on the depth chart as of right now. He told the San Francisco Chronicle that “I understand this team has won two championships in a row, but my time will come,” Ulis said. “I just have to wait it out, grind and work on my game.” The Warriors start their preseason action on Saturday against Karl-Anthony Towns and the Timberwolves. That game is at 8:30 and on NBAtv.
