Halftime: Kentucky and Texas A&M tied at 7

If you like defense, then you are in the right place. Two of the top rushing defenses in the SEC are going at it in College Station and both are proving why they are at the top in the SEC defending the run. It has been the passing game that has kept both Kentucky and A&M in the game with each team having their sole touchdown through the air.

The Cats got it going near the end of the first quarter with a sweep to Lynn Bowden that the speedy slot receiver took to the house for 54-yards. Kellen Mond and the Aggies would respond towards the end of the second quarter with a crucial TD to tie the game. Other than those two drives, it has been all about the defense. Kentucky currently has been held to just 116 yards of offense while A&M has been held to 175. As of now, it looks like whichever team makes a crucial play on offense will have a good shot at winning the game. Go Cats!
