The Kentucky Wildcats opened their 2019-2020 season Saturday September 21st, against the Dayton Flyers in Dayton, Ohio. Max Proctor opened up the scoring with the first goal for the Wildcats, assisted by Ryan Huesman. Unfortunately this would only be the only goal the Cats would cash in on. They fall to the Flyers, 5-1 at the end of regulation. This game was nothing less of exciting though, with penalties being called on both sides. Both the Cats and Flyers had many chances on the power play, although Dayton was the only one to cash in on it.
Kentucky gets back on the ice this Saturday October 5th against Dayton at the Lexington Ice Center. Puck drop 11:55 PM. This is the first home game of the season, so let’s show out and support your Wildcats!
Let’s get that W boys!
