Kentucky vs Louisville 12/27/2014

Kentucky traveled to Louisville to take on the Cards on 12/27/2014 at Louisville. This was during their perfect season where they ended up going 38-1. This was also ranked #1 at the time.

Kentucky scores first, Louisville scores as well, Kentucky with a 6-2 lead. Cards tie it up at 6-6. Cats extend their lead to 10-6. Cardinals with a 3 pointer to make it just a one point game, Kentucky still keeps the lead even still at one point after the Cards got both of their free throws, 12-11. Louisville with their first lead of the game, Kentucky with a 3 pointer to take it back, 15-13. Kentucky with a 3 pointer before the half is over and the Cats lead the Cardinals 22-18 at half time.

Kentucky starts the second half with a dunk by Willie Cauley-Stein and they get another basket as well, and Louisville gets their first points of the half, 26-20. Cats are up to 31-26 after a little game of you score, I score between the Cats and Cards. Kentucky with a 3 pointer and the Cards a basket to make it just a 35-30 game near the halfway point of the half. Cards at the free throw line, they make both. Kentucky goes to the free throw line and makes both as well, 37-32. 3 pointer by Tyler Ulis, and Kentucky at the line just getting one of two, 43-34.Andrew Harrison with a 3 pointer for the Cats brings them up to 50-38. Kentucky with a 3 pointer to be up by 10, Cards score, 53-45.  Kentucky defeats Louisville 58-50 to move to 13-0 before SEC play
