Kentucky hits a 3 pointer, Louisville with a basket to tie it up, 21-21. PJ Washington at the line for two, and he makes both, SGA with a basket to extend the Wildcat lead to 25-21. Diallo at the line, he makes just one out of two, Washington at the line as well, and he makes both free throws, Cats up 28-21. Kentucky with a 41-27 lead at halftime.
Both teams have scored to start the second half, and the Cats with a 3 pointer and Quade Green gets both free throws for the Cats to have a 50-33 advantage almost 3 minutes into the second. Now up to 54-35. Kentucky has a 22 point advantage over Louisville after Nick Richards gets both of his free throws for them to lead 60-38. Cats with yet their largest point advantage now of 30 points, 69-39 halfway through the second half. 3 pointer for Hamidou Diallo, bucket for Louisville and that Cats lead 84-55.Kentucky defeats Louisville 90-61.
