Kentucky looked to make it to the 2015 National title game and extend their undefeated record, but Wisconsin would hand them their only loss of the season after defeating them. Kentucky finished the season 38-1.

Sam Dekker of Wisconsin with a 3 pointer to tie it up, but KAT answers with a basket. We tie up at 7 and 9 but Kentucky leads 11-9. Badgers with the lead after they tie it up, get a basket and a 3 pointer, Tyler Ulis with a 3 pointer for Kentucky as the Badgers still lead 18-14 after they score again. Badgers on a 14-3 run with a 3 pointer and a basket, they lead 23-16. With a Kentucky foul, Wisconsin at the line making both. Kentucky at the line, they make both a Trey Lyles makes a dunk to give the Cats the lead. A basket before halftime ties the game at 36-36.
Kentucky starts the second half with a basket, Wisconsin answers, and Kentucky scores again and so does Wisconsin. Badgers with a 3 pointer, Kentucky with a basket and then Karl Anthony-Towns with a basket to put the Cats back up top, 44-43. Badgers back up top by 5 after back to back baskets and a free throw. They add to it with a 3 pointer, 52-46. Kentucky takes the lead back, but the Badgers would take it back and eventually defeat Kentucky 71-64 to send them to the National Title game against Duke, ending Kentucky’s undefeated season.
