Louisville preview

Kentucky hosts in-state rival Louisville at the Bell Soccer Complex on Monday at 7:30 p.m. ET and it will be broadcasted live on ESPN3.

Since Kentucky first started playing varsity men’s soccer in 1991, the Wildcats have had a 12-8-5 lead over the Cardinals but they have split the last three meetings 1-1-1, with each team scoring eight goals.

Kentucky (1-1) is coming off a 4-2 victory over Duke last Monday, and Louisville (0-1) opened up their 2020 season with a 3-1 loss to No. 1 Wake Forest at home last Friday.

Louisville would get a 3-0 victory at home over Kentucky in 2019, Kentucky got a 3-0 victory over Louisville in 2018, and they tied at 2-2 in 2017 while in Louisville.

These games are not available to the public this year due to COVID-19 guidelines only a player guest and coach guest attendance model. But fans can follow on EPSN3 or ukathletics.com
