Kentucky hosts Tennessee this Sunday as they approach their fifth game of the season at the Bell. Kentucky comes into this matchup with a 0-3-1 after meeting the SEC’s top teams which include the defending Eastern Division champs, Vanderbilt, 13th Arkansas, the current SEC Champs, South Carolina, and 8th Georgia. The Cats have had many different lineups and undermanned rosters but this hasn’t kept them having some important stats against nationally top ranked teams. Wildcat, Jordyn Rhodes still remains a top threat in the SEC after she had tacked on her fourth goal of the season against Georgia. Redshirt goalkeeper Brooke Littman, SEC leader in saves, has recorded 30 saves, just four more than the field. Kentucky is coming off a 1-1 draw against Georgia.
Tennessee comes into this matchup with a 2-2-0 record for the season, coming off a 2-1 win over Missouri.
Tennessee leads the all time series with Kentucky, 15-12-2.
The game is this Sunday at 5 p.m. ET on ESPNU at Wendell & Vicky Bell Soccer Complex in Lexington.
