Skyy Clark commits to Kentucky

2022 5 star center guard Sky Clark has committed to Kentucky over Instagram Live tonight. The Kentucky commit chose Kentucky over Memphis, North Carolina, and UCLA. Clark also had offers from Kansas, Oregon, and Tennessee. He is the first 2022 commit for Coach John Calipari.

Clark went on Twitter after his commit to Kentucky and tweeted “For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord.” They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11.   “110% confident and committed. I’m choosing U.K because I am built different and want to continue to be different. Big Blue Nation Stand Up.”

Over the summer Clark announced that he’d be transferring from his from school Heritage Christian High in Northridge, CA to Brentwood Academy in Nashville. While he is a member of the 2022 class, there has been some speculation that he could reclassify to 2021 but he plans on staying in 2022, so he can play with his brother ZZ Clark, Class of 2024.
