13 Kentucky vs. North Alabama

Rhyne Howard gets Kentucky on the board first with a layup, UNA ties things up at 2-2. Rhyne Howard to the line for two, she makes both to put the Cats up 4-2. North Alabama takes the  lead with a 3 pointer but Robyn Benton hits a jumper to take back the lead. Dre’Una Edward with a layup, UNA still in this as they get a layup as well, Jada Walker with a layup and Robyn Benton hits a layup, Macey Lee for North Alabama answers with one as well. Dre’ Una Edwards drains a 3 pointer followed by free throws from Jada Walker. Kentucky will lead 22-14 after one.

UNA with the first points of the second quarter, but Kentucky responds, UNA with back to back 3 pointers cutting  the Cats lead to just two, 24-22. Rhyne Howard hits back to back layups to put space between them and UNA, Robyn benton adds one as well, adn Jazmine Massengill with a jumper for an 8-0 Kentucky run, Macey Lee  makes one of two free throws to start a quick UNA as Patrycia Jaworska with a layup and Macey Lee with one as well. North Alabama catches up on a 9-0 run, Jazmine Massengill drains a 3 pointer and Kentucky will go into halftime with a 35-31 lead.

Dre’Una Edwards gets the Cats started off in the third as she hits a layup,  followed by a free throw, Claudia Bridges with a jumper for UNA. Robyn Benton makes both of her free throws, UNA with a 3 pointer, Dre’Una Edwards answers with a jumper she also hits a layup, she is up to 14 points for the Cats. Robyn Benton drains a 3 pointer, Macey Lee responds with one for North Alabama. Kentucky is up by ten as they lead 51-41. Kentucky with a layup and  free throw from Jada Walker and a layup from Rhyne Howard, UNA with a layup. Kentucky would go on a 30-10 run to have a 71-51 lead after three quarters,

Macey Lee with a layup and for UNA starts the fourth quarter, but Kentucky would score 27 points against UNA’s 5 to defeat North Alabama 98-56.
